sorry for the delay...
my dogs found a way out of the backyard and it took a bit to find them..
phew, that was scary. almost lost my dogs and a girlfriend.
so i think the second one is best --
"Alison Feldish is a performance artist working in Philadelphia. Her work attempts to address alienation and loneliness as well as communication, organizational theory and other issues she associates with living in the current socio-political and cultural climate of the U.S."
BUT the second sentence is awkward and doesn't give me a sense of what it is you are addressing. maybe address is too passive/lackluster of a word. need a more assertive verb -- confront? no, not right. YOURE the wordsmith. come up with something better!!!
hey i was thinking of you the other day. do you know hans haacke's work very well? if not, you should. read march 2010 artforum pg 101.
